Describe The Requirements

Which are your standards? What type of man or woman do you aspire to be? You may want to pick any person that you want to emulate most that radiates a high self-esteem.

It maybe your relative, friend, a national hero, an author, an athlete or anyone you want to model this quality from. Look to the actions he or she has done which made you want to admire the person. If you do this, your subconscious mind will begin to mold that confident person that you wish to become, the  productive person you have always wanted to be.

Your subconscious mind responds to what you command and will convert   you into a self confident person if you want it . Be specific as to what traits and attitudes that you want to have of a person with a high self-esteem.

For example, it can be a person who can talk in front of a crowd, or can negotiate with people, or attract their ideal partner with ease, have the ability to make a sale; to perform at your optimum and be the best that you can be!

The Best Formula for Positive Affirmations

As you write the self-esteem affirmations, you want to stick to these 4 ideas:

1) They must be created in present tense.
2) They have to be affirmative in character.
(Never use lines like Not, Can’t, Don’t, Won’t or No.)
3) Need to be in first person.
4) And they need to be action orientated

Illustrations are:
“I’m assertive and persuasive in my business negotiations.”
“I approach strangers and interact in conversations with ease.”
“I’m a master at sealing the sale.”
“I am a self assured, healthy man or woman.”

If you feel the need to revise your affirmations every so often to keep them related, do so.
If you feel that you have to review your affirmations after a few days, feel free to alter it, as goals change from time to time. Immediately after  you  have the affirmations that you feel comfortable with, the sole thing remaining to do is…

 Rehearse Your Affirmations

Inform the Universe each affirmation on a daily basis. Say them out loud when you wake up in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Make this a habit for 21 days.

This is important because it trains your mind to release your potential. Just like exercising. If you don’t train your body it will get weak, the mind must also work out. Using affirmations to reprogram the mind in a positive way will reinforce your resolve inside of yourself.

You can train your mind to use affirmations on a daily basis. You may struggle at first, but you will achieve your full potential after declaring good affirmations to yourself.
